RECO Information Guide

The RECO Information Guide is designed to help consumers understand their rights and responsibilities when buying or selling a property in Ontario, and must be given to a buyer or seller by a real estate agent or brokerage before services or assistance is provided.

Public Action Plan (2022 Auditor General report)

RECO has published regular reports on its progress in completing action items from the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario’s 2022 report.
