The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) is seeking a Coordinator, Regulatory Action. We have a permanent position available to start immediately.
As Ontario’s regulator of more than 110,000 real estate agents and brokerages (often referred to as registrants), RECO administers and enforces the law that regulates trading in real estate in Ontario and enhances consumer confidence in the real estate services sector. RECO has adopted a ‘hybrid’ environment, which will typically include a minimum attendance in the office of one day per week, with some teams/positions requiring more frequent in-office attendance.

Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Action this position provides general and case-specific coordination and administrative support to the manager on cases referred for regulatory action and/or prosecution. Responsibilities include provision of case-related information and support to internal departments including regulatory compliance program leaders, litigation and stakeholder relations, data entry and report preparation.
