RECO investigates complaints made about real estate agents and brokerages, as well as any person who may be unlawfully trading in real estate.

Enforcement activities

RECO provides information about its enforcement activities and decisions to provide public awareness, for a minimum of 60 months (5 years). To search by specific real estate agent or brokerage, please refer to RECO's public register.
