Home Enforcement Enforcement activities

RECO is required by law to make enforcement activities and decisions available to the public for a minimum of sixty (60) months. Activities related to a specific real estate agent or brokerage can be found by searching the public register. Many of these activities and decisions are also available directly on the following pages.

Discipline & appeals decisions

Access decisions and orders of the discipline committee and related appeals. 

Provincial charges

Access to a listing of unregistered persons that have been charged with an offence under the legislation. 

Provincial convictions

Access to a listing of persons that have been convicted of an offence under the legislation.

Registrar’s proposals

The Registrar has the authority to propose to refuse, revoke, suspend or apply mandatory conditions to a registration. Access a listing of concluded proposal matters.

Scheduled hearings

Provides a listing of upcoming scheduled discipline hearings.

Provincial Offences Officers

Provides a listing of individuals appointed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 as Provincial Offences Officers
