The Discipline Committee hears matters related to alleged contraventions of TRESA or any of its associated regulations for conduct occurring on or after December 1, 2023, and appeals of these decisions heard by the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT).

The Discipline Committee also hears matters pertaining to alleged contraventions of the Code of Ethics under REBBA for conduct occurring prior to December 1, 2023, and appeals of these decisions are heard by the Appeals Committee.
