RECO can lay charges for alleged contraventions of the legislation against any current or former brokerage, agent, director, or officer of a brokerage, or a person who is trading in real estate without being registered. These matters are heard in the Ontario Court of Justice.

This page provides a list of unregistered persons that have been charged with an offence under the legislation. The public register provides information about pending charges laid against a registered real estate agent or brokerage.
