The Registrar has the authority to propose to refuse, revoke, suspend or apply mandatory conditions to a registration. If not appealed within fifteen (15) days of the notice of proposal being served, the Registrar’s proposal is carried out. Appeals are heard by the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT). By Order, the LAT may direct the Registrar to carry out the proposal or may substitute its opinion for that of the Registrar and may attach conditions to its Order or to a registration.

This page provides a list of concluded proposal matters. If a person is not registered, an indication that a proposal has been issued will appear here. If a person is registered, an indication that a proposal was issued will appear when you search for a real estate agent or brokerage on the public register.
