Provincial Offences Officers

The following individuals are appointed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 as Provincial Offences Officers for the purpose of all offences under the following statutes, as they may be amended from time to time:

Corporations Information Act

Glen Furlong: effective April 19, 2022
Gerald (Jerry) Hunt: effective December 1, 2023
David Jones: effective May 3, 2024
Ian Nichol: effective May 3, 2024
Anthony Smith: effective December 1, 2023
Bryan Tighe: effective December 1, 2023
Derek Wilson: effective December 1, 2023
