We know that the Real Estate Professional Search Tool is a key source of information for registrants looking to confirm the registration of another salesperson or broker.

This morning, RECO launched a refreshed version of the Real Estate Professional Search tool. The new version presents the information in a more streamlined, easy-to-navigate interface, that allows consumers, registrants and other members of the real estate community to quickly access the information they need.

The tool indicates whether a person or brokerage is registered to trade in real estate in Ontario and displays whether there has been enforcement activity against them over the past five years.
